Parker (she/her) is a fourth-year Stanford undergraduate student studying Human Biology, and a first-year Stanford graduate student pursuing an M.A. in Media Studies. She is excited to blend these two academic interests through research with The Change Lab focused on behavioral change. Her research examines the efficacy of shock advertising for animal rights nonprofits, with the aim of improving media campaign strategies to increase fundraising and awareness for NGOs. With 10 years of personal experience working in animal rights and conservation, Parker is excited to see how to enhance the digital presence of these organizations to maximize their impact.
