Sophie Gabreldar (she/her) is an undergraduate studying Symbolic Systems with a concentration in Biomedical Applications. She is interested in utilizing cognitive science and computational tools to address healthcare disparities and promote the equitable distribution of medical biotechnologies. She is especially interested in how interdisciplinary approaches can improve access and outcomes in healthcare for marginalized communities.
Outside of academics, Sophie enjoys reading poetry, watching movies, and spending time outdoors.
