Ian Kim (he/him/his) is a postdoctoral fellow in Psychology, specializing in computational science and systems engineering. His current research focuses on modeling and guiding individual- and context-specific health trajectories across diverse clinical populations by integrating dynamical systems theory with multi-dimensional neural networks. His long-term goal is to develop AI/ML-enhanced, frontier data science infrastructures for precision medicine that effectively synthesize high-dimensional, multimodal data across multiple time scales and reliably translate complex information into timely, personalized clinical care. Prior to Stanford, Ian completed his doctoral training in Preventive Medicine from University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine.
